So if an XO product isn't right for you, for any reason, write to us within 30 days of receiving it and send it back. No questions asked, and nothing to approve: it was your decision, and that is enough.

Write to info@xobotanicals.com with your order number, and we will send you a prepaid label. Return shipping is on us.
Your refund
As soon as it reaches us, we refund your original payment. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
